Q: Why Can’t I see all my Nexus Switches (3k and 9k including MDS) in my Vision Intelligent Operations (Multi System Managment) MSM Sunburst chart or compliance reports?
A: When adding Nexus switches to your Vision Intelligent Operations instance please note that there is a hard limit on the number of switches that will be visible in the .xml file which is accessed via this URL https://hostname:8443/fm/systems or the MSM GUI. The configuration utility will allow you to add multiple switches and validation will be successful but the new devices will not be present.
The maximum number of Nexus Switches that can be added is 6.
This limitation is correct as per Vision Intelligent Operations version 3.5.0.1
